Divine Soul Therapy Week 1: Forgiveness and Removing Guilt *Public*

JOURNAL PROMPTS!

Day 1: When thinking about past actions where you reacted negatively, share what you could’ve done differently.

Day 2: Share a time you regretted your actions. What lead up to the moment you realized you did something wrong? Did you feel bad? Why?

Day 3: How do you feel when you succeed and someone around you isn’t? How do you react to your personal success?

Day 4: Write about something you are currently upset with yourself about. What upsets you? How can you look at it differently?

Day 5: Write down things you wish you would’ve said or did when the opportunity was available.

Day 6: When given the chance to decide between your personal truth and others/what is popular, which is easier to do? How do you feel when you go against others? How about yourself?

Day 7: What do you forgive yourself for? How can you remind yourself to forgive and move on?
