Why should we LOVE WHAT WE DO?
In all honesty, comfort is the worst enemy of growth and joy.
My Brand of “Living out Loud” came about as a way to encourage us all to be vulnerable, open, and honest with ourselves regarding our life and our personal journeys. Over the course of my journey I have been faced with many trying situations that I would feel obligated to remain in, due to loyalty….
Due to COMFORT!
In all honesty, comfort is the worst enemy of growth and joy.
I say this because, oftentimes we stay in something that is not beneficial to us, just because it is comfortable. That comfort is hurting us more than we really know. I say this, because when we operate out of comfort instead of passion; we are usually not fully satisfied.
When we aren’t satisfied, we find ourselves in this ever revolving cycle of hurt, pain, and asking “what-if”.
When we do what we love, we won’t have the time to ask those questions, because we love what we do.
Today, if you are finding yourself unhappy with your current circumstances… I ask that you assess these two questions:
Do I love what I do?
Am I doing what I love?
If the answer isn’t yes to both…. It’s time to reevaluate life.
ALLOW IT TO HAPPEN...
Like, what if every ounce of good karma you released into the world is finally making its payment of good faith and purpose?
You ever have something so good happen, that you question its validity? Like, you sit and analyze every angle of the situation and pick apart every smidgen of details to find a flaw in the recently found adjunct of joy.
What if, it really is what it appears to be? Like, what if every ounce of good karma you released into the world is finally making its payment of good faith and purpose?
Could you accept it? And, if you could… would you?
I usually let you make your own decision…. but this time around, I strongly encourage and hope the answer is yes.
