Day 3: Write down ten affirmations that resonate with you about your worthiness. Repeat them to yourself daily and journal about any changes you notice in your self-perception over time.
Day 4: What qualities, talents, and strengths do you possess that you are grateful for? How have these contributed to your sense of self-worth?
Day 5: Describe three ways you can show yourself love and kindness this week. How do these acts reinforce your sense of worthiness?
Day 6: Think about a time when you positively impacted someone else's life. How does knowing you made a difference make you feel about your own worth?
Day 7: Envision your life in five years where you fully embrace your worthiness. What does this version of you look like? How do you feel, and what are you doing differently?
