My Mission
I am committed to helping you tap into your subconscious to bring about the desired changes and lifestyle you envision, fostering transformation and a more authentic, fulfilling life through embracing the life cycle and changes that are continuously occuring.
I like to define myself as an intuitive transformational trauma coach who is on an everlasting journey of transformation, growth, and mindful connection. I specialize in end-of-life/death trauma as a Death Doula, as death and life are one in the same. I strongly believe those who learn to embrace death and endings are those who live the most fulfilling lives.
Through my personal and professional experiences, I help individuals and corporations transform traumatic experiences and environments to become active co-creators in all spaces and reach desired outcomes.
I specialize in providing trauma-informed care professional development that focus on the reprogramming of the subconscious and creating informed spaces. I am able to reach the part of your brain that you didn’t know needed support, in order to make everything click.

Through Trauma-Informed Interventions, I was able to increase student present levels by an average of 1 grade levels each quarter!
