Day 120: Write about what being nicer to yourself means to you. What aspects of your life would you like to improve by showing more self-compassion?

Day 121: Each day, for the last 7days, write down one kind thing you did for yourself. Reflect on why you chose to do it and how it made you feel.

Day 122: List three common self-critical thoughts you often have. For each thought, challenge it with a more compassionate and understanding perspective. Write down the new, compassionate perspective.

Day 123: Create a list of positive affirmations that resonate with you. Repeat one affirmation each day and journal about how it made you feel and any changes in your mindset.

Day 124: Describe your ideal self-care routine. Write about how you can incorporate more of these self-care activities into your daily or weekly schedule.

Day 125: Identify one thing you feel guilty about and explore how you can forgive yourself or let go of that guilt. Write about the emotional weight that was lifted.

Day 126: Reflect on your past accomplishments, no matter how big or small. Write about why you're proud of these achievements and how you can use them as a source of self-encouragement.
