I don’t know about you, but I gained quite a few pounds over the summer. As I sit here drinking my favorite homemade coffee latte, while typing this; it hit me that many of you may be going through something similar. I hate the gym! So, in the past, I have chosen to do other things as a way to keep my weight balanced, and it usually started with what I put in my body (so I can enjoy my coffee in peace!).

When we think about losing weight, the image of sweating it out in a crowded gym often comes to mind. But what if I told you that you could shed those extra pounds while having a good laugh? Yes, you heard it right! Here are some hilariously effective ways to lose weight without setting foot in a gym.

1. Dance Like Nobody's Watching:

Turn your living room into a dance floor and let loose to your favorite tunes. Dancing burns calories, boosts your mood, and is a fantastic workout. Plus, you get bonus points for coming up with quirky dance moves. If want want to really feel the vibe, do it NAKED! I promise you’ll love it… and your titties will love doing the bank head bounce too lol.

2. Laughter Yoga:

Yes, you read that correctly. Laughter yoga is a thing! Attend a laughter yoga class or simply watch some funny videos. Laughter not only burns calories but also reduces stress, which can lead to emotional eating. You can also do this in simple poses for beginners… gone and hit up google!

Go shopping, but with a twist. Make it a mission to find the most outlandish outfits, or try on clothes that are a few sizes too small. The act of squeezing into tiny pants will have you in fits of laughter. Even though, it may encourage you to get ice cream and think about how much you didn’t need them anyways… remember; there is always a thin line lol

8. Laugh Away Stress:

Stress can lead to weight gain, so find ways to manage it through laughter. Watch comedy shows, read funny books, or join a laughter club. When you're relaxed, you're less likely to reach for that bag of chips.
