Day 156: What are the most important areas of your life right now? How do you currently allocate your time and energy among these priorities?
Day 157: Are there any activities or commitments that no longer align with your current priorities?
Day 158: Are there any unresolved feelings or lingering emotions that need acknowledgment? How can you express or release these emotions in a healthy way?
Day 159: What beliefs about yourself or the world may be holding you back?
Day 160: Are there any negative thought patterns that you want to challenge? How can you reframe these beliefs to be more empowering?
Day 161: Set specific goals for decluttering different aspects of your life. Break these goals into small, manageable tasks and create a plan to tackle them.
