Who Taught Us This?

In a world that often tries to stifle our sensuality, finding comfort in it can be a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. As a black woman in her mid 30’s, I've learned that embracing my sensuality is not just about feeling sexy or attractive; it's about connecting with my innermost self on a spiritual level.

Growing up, there were so many messages telling me to suppress my sensuality, to hide it away as if it were something to be ashamed of. But as I've matured, I've come to realize that my sensuality is a sacred part of who I am. It's not just about physical pleasure; it's about honoring my body, my desires, and my intuition.

When we embrace our sensuality, we tap into a deeper sense of self-awareness and self-love. We become more attuned to our needs and desires, and we learn to trust ourselves on a profound level. This inner connection is essential for our spiritual health because it allows us to live authentically and aligned with our true selves.

So, to my fellow sisters out there, I encourage you to embrace your sensuality unapologetically. Allow yourself to feel pleasure, to feel desire, and to revel in the beauty of your own being. For in doing so, you not only nurture your spirit but also inspire others to do the same!

Below are a couple of books I recommend checking out! The first is Pussy Prayers! When I first started this book, I was hooked! Of course, I had to go back and re-read to internalize, but it helped me embrace my sensuality more as I reclaimed my body. Here’s the link! PUSSY PRAYERS

The next book is my first Erotica Novel, Both Of Em’ if you’re looking for a good sensual read!
