It can get difficult at times when you’re on the journey toward a long awaited goal. You get stuck doubting if you made the right decision, and questioning if you are worth it or not. It seems like one thought begins to take you down a rabbit hole of never-ending questions…

until…

You are reminded of your “why”.

What exactly is your “why”? Welllllll, your “why” is your reason for why you do what you do. Your why is your driving force behind the work and process you are enduring, as a way to reach a goal. The thing about your “why” is that it has to be strong.

It has to be strong enough to endure the hard days. It has to be strong enough to persist through the difficult times. it has to be humble enough to accept minor set-backs. Your “why” has to touch your heart.

I want you to think about your current priorities. Are they helping you towards another goal? Do they touch you in a way that you feel consistently drawn to it? If the answer to either of the questions is no; It may be time to reprioritize what you are giving your energy to.

Oftentimes, when we are feeling overwhelmed, it is because we are simply “doing too much”. When we are doing too much, then it means we have too many things on our plate that shouldn’t be there.
