Chapter 32: Taught me what it means to truly be free. What does it mean to do what sets your heart ablaze with passion, without fear of judgement?
It wasn’t comfortable at first and there were a lot of tears shed, but a butterfly emerged from the chrysalis.
Connected. Connected to truth and exalting that which is right within.
Growth. Growth through toxic patterns and generational curses that serve no one but pain in human form.
Focus on self. Our only responsibility is self. I am responsible for no-one’s actions, outcomes, or healing ... but mine alone. No one else is responsible for mine either.
Honesty. Be honest with myself. What do I really want to do with my life? Why did I make certain decisions? How can I change that which I do not like?
These are all lessons 32 pushed me to learn.
I wanted to share these with you all, because I feel that someone else may have needed to see it as well. As you keep going along your journey, work to become comfortable with being uncomfortable. When you emerge, turn your pain into purpose and divine wisdom. Life is so beautiful, when we remove ourselves from that which is no longer living.
