Gratitude

Everyday, when you wake up, start your day off by sharing at least 3 THINGS that you are thankful and grateful for! When we practice gratitude, it shows that we are grateful for what we have, before acquiring those things we are praying for. Get into the habit of gratitude and allow God and the Universe to continue blessing you!


Mindfulness

Have a mindfulness routine available to keep your brain and mind at ease. A great way to do this , is by either meditating for at least 10 minutes a day or journaling. When you journal, you are allowing yourself to process your thoughts and to connect with your higher self.


Self-Care

Self-care can be anything from doing something for yourself, to saying NO when you do not want to do something. Checkout my self-care checklist here, to help you!
