Day 92: Reflect on an area of your life where you feel mentally stuck or blocked. It could be related to a specific goal, project, or decision. Describe the thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back in this situation. What are the recurring negative or self-limiting thoughts that you notice?

Day 93: Are there past experiences, fears, or self-doubts that may be contributing to mental blockages? Write about any connections you find from writing them out.

Day 94: How can you reframe or rewrite what you feel provides a mental blockage? Reframe the belief (of the blockage) in a more empowering and positive way. Write a new, affirming statement that counters the old belief. How does this new perspective make you feel?

Day 95: In what ways do you provide value and benefit for the communities you are a part of? How do you feel about your current role in the lives of others around you?

Day 96: Reflect on how you have navigated through a difficult decisions you have made, and the outcomes that resulted. What did you learn from these experiences? What can you keep or How can you improve on it moving forward?

Day 97: In what ways do you feel you wear a mask, to keep from showing your true feelings/self? What do you feel is needed for you to feel safe and remove it?

Day 98: Write about a specific situation or action in your life that has been causing you feelings of guilt. Describe the situation in detail, including what happened, who was involved, and why you feel guilty about it. How can you have more compassion for yourself?
