Day 104: Identify the support systems and resources available to you for maintaining or improving your health. This may include healthcare providers, friends, family, or community resources. How can you leverage these support systems to achieve your health goals?

Day 105: Describe your self-care and wellness practices. What activities or routines do you engage in to promote your well-being? Are there new self-care practices or wellness activities you'd like to explore to enhance your health? How can you hold yourself accountable for the changes discussed this week?
