The importance of building & manifesting in silence
Why is it that your goals keep failing? It's like as soon as you get excited about something new, it falls through once again. I'mma let you know right now that it has alot to do with wh...
After spending most of my life sharing everything I was working on, I decided to stop in 2022. I didn’t realize the power that was found within building in silence in order to manifest. It was when I separated myself from everyone when I realized that I was surrounded by alot of negative energy. It was also when my life started to EXPLODE!
That same negative energy was a major culprit in my confidence, energy, and mental health. I’m a human design reflector, a very rare personality type that is sensitive to others and their energy. Those who are familiar with the Human Design aspect would understand most what I mean by that.
I’m very vulnerable energetically.
I take on the energy around me and transmute it back into the world. Because of this, I realized that my surroundings were critical in my success. Instead of venting on the phone, gossiping, or listening to others who were disgruntled with their life; I separated myself and surrounded myself with more positive energy.
I stopped sharing my goals and plans with low vibrational energies who weren’t in the place to understand because all it would do is add more confusion to me when they’d instill doubt.
I’m sure I’m not the only one who has been affected by something like this.
It’s like as soon as you tell someone about your plan, everything starts to fall through. Most times, it’s because they were sending doubt and evil eye your way unknowingly. Most of the time, it’s not intentional… it’s just usually their energy and how they feel about themselves being projected onto you.
When you build in silence, you hold yourself accountable for your work. You begin to move more intuitively. You begin to talk to God more and trust your personal judgement. You no longer seek validation, because you have faith in what you’re doing, for you!
I want to present you with a challenge…
Take the next 30 days to work and build in silence. No blasting on social media. No telling your friends and family every details of what you’re doing (unless they are apart of it). No more living out loud, before a good foundation is in place. I can GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL SEE A MAJOR SHIFT IN YOUR LIFE!
When you finish, I want you to come back and tell you what the results were!
Until then… I want you to always be real, always be true, and never be afraid to do what YOU WANT TO DO! Periodt! I’m interested in hearing your thoughts! Feel free to leave me a comment below!
The beauty of break-ups and endings
I don’t know about you, but breakups and endings have always been hard for me to manage. Whether it’s the residue of my bruised ego or the feeling of rejection, it doesn’t feel good whatsoever to feel like you have failed at something.
I don’t know about you, but breakups and endings have always been hard for me to manage. Whether it’s the residue of my bruised ego or the feeling of rejection, it doesn’t feel good whatsoever to feel like you have failed at something. Whether people like to publicly admit it or not, it hurts… and if you have feelings and a heart you are going to feel it all… unless, well, you attempt to numb the pain.
That seems to work for a short period of time, but then it comes back again right when you don’t realize it. That hurt stares you in the face one morning , leaving you questioning decisions and about what’s next.
It’s that moment, when you are finally ready to see just why this ending had to happen.
It’s that moment, when you begin the journey of healing for a new beginning.
This new beginning is usually there to guide you to something better, if you allow it to happen. I have always believed that there is a lesson in everything we come across in life. Whether it’s a lesson of progress or a lesson of what not to do, it’s still something valuable to be found in the midst of it all. Most times, it’s the universe protecting us from something we can’t see with our natural eye and guiding us towards something better.
There’s usually a lesson in the midst of the storm that can be used like a puzzle piece to the full picture of your life. Just because something has ended, it doesn’t make you any less of a person or any less worthy of great things. Its just that it had an expiration date.
Would you drink milk, one month after its expiration date? I would really hope not! Cause hunty, you would be one sick individual. That is no different from expired friendships, job situations, and other interpersonal relationships. The longer you refuse to let it go, the longer it takes for you to graduate to the next level.
So, the next time you are faced with a break-up or ending that you don’t want to happen, think about all the things you have learned while in it.
What did you learn about yourself?
What did you learn about other people?
What did you learn about your life purpose?
These are only a few questions you’d want to ask yourself, in order to see the full picture. When you see the full picture, you notice that the ending wasn’t so bad after all! As a testimony, I have leveled up after EVERY HEARTBREAK!
This is something I work with my clients on a weekly basis. Sometimes, it’s hard to see just how far you have come or the sun in the middle of the storm. If you find yourself needing a little extra help or coaching, you can always book a personal session with me, to discuss further.
